Your whole stock gets a home — Rack 1, Bin 07 — and the labels print from the app itself. "Where is it?" stops being a question you ask the oldest staff member and becomes a location on a screen.
Orders from everywhere, one queue
Website orders, dealer-link orders, price-list orders, WhatsApp orders and hand-typed ones all land in the same panel, tagged with where they came from. You assign one; that staff member's phone buzzes.
Your staff pick from their phone
A tap per line marks it picked and times it. Wrong quantity? They edit it — and the line stays a different colour so you always see what was changed. Wrong tick? They un-pick it. Every change is in the audit trail with a name on it.
Short before they walk
Every line is checked against your Tally stock the second the order arrives, so a shortage is flagged before anyone walks to the rack. And when a pick empties an item, every other staff member's screen marks it finished until the next fresh Tally push.

Do I have to re-arrange my whole warehouse first?
No. WOS maps what you already have — you name your racks and bins the way they physically stand, and put your existing stock away into them at your own pace. Nothing moves that you don't move.
Where does the stock figure come from?
From Tally. WOS reads your items and closing stock from your company through the connector, once or twice a day, and Tally stays the single truth. WOS never creates or edits a Tally master.
What do my staff need?
An ordinary Android phone and their PIN. The pick app is a web app — they open the link and add it to the home screen. There is nothing to install and nothing to buy.
Can it take orders from WhatsApp?
It can read them. WOS never sends a WhatsApp message — it only reads the chats you choose and turns typed orders, handwritten photos and Hindi voice notes into a draft order that you confirm before anyone starts picking.
What happens if two staff pick the same item?
The moment a pick empties what Tally thinks exists, that item is marked finished on every staff member's screen — so nobody walks to a bin that has already been cleared. The next fresh Tally push resets it.
