HDM Optix
At night nobody watches the DVR, and its own motion alerts ring for insects, rain and headlights until everyone ignores them. HDM Optix Guard is a cloud service that fixes that without installing anything at the shop: your DVR sends a snapshot when its motion detection fires, AI checks there is a person in it, and if the shop is shut the picture reaches your Telegram — then the next contact, and the next, until someone acknowledges.

What it does.
The DVR you already own, watching the shop when you can't.
AI confirms it is a person
Every after-hours snapshot is checked by a person detector on HDM's servers. Below 75% confidence it is recorded and never sent, so a moth or a passing headlight wakes nobody.
Watches only when the shop is shut
Set opening hours for each weekday and add your holidays. Pictures that arrive while the shop is open are counted, never examined and never kept.
Contact by contact, until someone answers
Your contacts stand in a ladder with a delay between them — owner first, then the manager, then the night guard. If nobody acknowledges, the next one gets the picture. One press of "I know — stop calling" in the panel ends it.
Silence is an alarm too
Set a heartbeat on the DVR and an armed site that stops sending pictures — a power cut, the internet down, the DVR switched off — raises "Site dark" on the same ladder.
Evidence, never accusations
Alerts say "Person in shop after hours", never intruder or thief. Each one carries its picture, the confidence, the time and the camera, so the judgement stays yours.

Do I need new cameras or a box in the shop?
No. Guard works with the DVR you already have — Hikvision, Dahua and CP Plus are guided step by step. Your DVR uploads a picture when its motion detection fires, and nothing is installed at the shop. The DVR must support FTP with encryption (FTPS): plain FTP is refused, and some older models cannot connect.
Does my video go to the cloud?
No video at all — only the still snapshots your DVR sends on motion. Pictures with nobody in them are never stored, and the rest delete themselves after 30 days.
How will I be told?
On Telegram, with the picture. If you do not acknowledge, the next contact on your ladder is told, then the next. There are no phone calls, SMS or WhatsApp alerts — Telegram only.
Will it tell me someone is a thief?
No. Alerts say "Person in shop after hours" with the picture, the confidence, the time and the camera. The judgement stays yours.
What if the power or the internet goes?
Nothing reaches HDM while your line is down. If you set a heartbeat on the DVR, an armed site that goes quiet raises a "Site dark" alert on the same ladder.

Guard is running on HDM's servers and being piloted now. Join the early-access list and HDM will set up your workspace and walk you through connecting your DVR.
