Keep the cameras you own
Hikvision, Dahua or any ordinary RTSP/ONVIF camera or NVR. Nothing is replaced, nothing is re-cabled — Optix reads the streams already running in your shop.
18CCTV Intelligence
You paid for the cameras. Optix makes them understand the shop. An AI node on your own premises watches every stream, recognises what is actually happening, and sends you only what matters — a restricted-zone event, a queue nobody is serving, stock leaving with no matching bill, a counter left unattended. The raw video never leaves the building. When you want to know something, you ask in plain language and get the clip.

Capabilities
The cameras you already own, finally watching for you.
Hikvision, Dahua or any ordinary RTSP/ONVIF camera or NVR. Nothing is replaced, nothing is re-cabled — Optix reads the streams already running in your shop.
A node on-site does the watching. Only events, and the short clips you actually ask for, ever go out — so it is private by design and it runs on an ordinary shop internet line instead of a leased one.
"Who went into the storage room carrying a bag after 8 PM last week?" Optix understands the scene, not just motion — so you search your footage in words instead of scrubbing a timeline for an hour.
Not a wall of alerts. Related moments are combined and risk-scored, so a pick, a disappearance and a walk to the door with no matching bill arrive as ONE high-risk event with its evidence attached.
Zone coverage and idle time, queues forming and going unserved, footfall, dwell and your real busy hours — the everyday numbers a shop never had, from cameras it has already paid for.
Every high-risk item arrives with what triggered it, how confident it is, and the clip — worded neutrally for a person to review. Optix flags events for you to judge. It never labels anybody.

FAQ
No — that is the point of it. Optix is built to read the cameras and recorder you already own. Hikvision is handled natively, and any ordinary RTSP or ONVIF camera works.
No. The watching happens on a node inside your own shop. What leaves the premises is the event — what happened, when, and how serious — plus the short clip if you ask for one.
It will not, and it is deliberately built not to. Optix reports events — a restricted-zone entry, movement with no matching bill — with the evidence and its confidence, in neutral words. The judgement stays yours.
The on-site node keeps detecting and keeps the evidence. When the connection returns, everything queued syncs up in order, with nothing lost or double-counted.
