Capabilities
Every risky change in your Tally, on your phone, with the proof.
Amount, party, date, narration, item rate. You are not told "something changed"; you are shown Rs 1,50,000 became Rs 95,000, at 2:35pm, on the counter PC, by the login called RAHUL. The old value comes from our own stored copy of that bill, so it is there even if nobody thought to look at the time.
Account number, IFSC, bank name. It is the quietest change in the whole book and the one that sends your next payment to somebody else's account. It is treated as high risk every single time, whatever the amount.
A cancelled bill above your limit, and any entry dated further back than your setting allows, raise an alert on their own. Missing bill numbers — the gaps — are listed in the evening summary, so a number that quietly disappeared cannot simply not be there.
The Tally login, the Windows user, the PC name, and a picture of the screen at the moment of the change. Tally's own Edit Log can tell you a login did something; it cannot tell you who was at the keyboard. This can.
You tell us which camera covers which desk. Every incident then carries the camera name and the exact time, corrected for your recorder's clock, so you can pull that clip in seconds instead of scrubbing three hours of footage for a moment you only know as "some time Tuesday".
You set the rupee limit below which you do not want to be disturbed, and the hours your shop actually works. A change after hours is automatically treated as more serious. Urgent things interrupt you; everything else waits for the evening summary.
Every evening: the day's changes, the cancelled bills, the missing bill numbers, and any PC that went quiet. And when one import changes four hundred rows at once, it arrives as one grouped alert — not four hundred.
If the add-on or the PC watcher goes silent while Tally is being used, that is itself an alert. So is the PC clock being moved, and Tally's own Edit Log being switched off. Going quiet is not a way out of it.
Before and after in a table, the screen picture, and a timeline where every single step is labelled with where it came from — Tally, Windows, the screen, or the camera. Mark it checked when you have seen it. Every time a clip is viewed, that is logged too.
The copy is sent after Tally has already saved the bill, in the background, and the add-on never re-accepts the entry. If the internet is down or our server is off, the bill still saves normally and the event queues until the line is back. HDM has had a save hook write duplicate vouchers in a live shop before — that is exactly why this one is built the way it is, and why it is proven on a throwaway company by counting vouchers before it goes anywhere near your books.

Before you read the price
This is an expensive product that pays for itself in one kind of business and not in another. Here is the honest test, in the same words we use to qualify a sale.
Said plainly: this does not stop a change. It makes a change impossible to hide, and it puts the proof in your hand while the person is still in the shop. If nobody but you has ever opened your Tally, you do not need this. If four people do, one altered bill a year pays for it many times over — Rs 4,900 a year is about Rs 13 a day.

Rs 4,900 a year covers the whole thing — the add-on minted for your shop, the watcher on every Tally PC, the eleven rules, the instant alerts, the evening summary, the evidence pages, the storage, the setup and the week of tuning afterwards. There is no per-PC charge and no per-alert charge. Rs 4,900 is the whole amount payable to us, with nothing added on top — HDM is not registered under GST.

Read this before you sign
Printed in the same size as everything we do include. If it is on this list it is not in the price, and finding that out now is the point.
An alert is not a barrier. The change happens and then you are told about it, fast, with the proof. The one thing that is actually blocked is deleting a voucher, and that is HDM Serial Guard, a separate add-on — say the word and we quote it with this.
The send-the-moment-it-is-saved route needs TallyPrime 7.0 or later. On an older TallyPrime running on your own PC, the PC watcher's periodic check picks the changes up instead — a few minutes behind, not a minute. On an older TallyPrime running on a rented cloud server there is no real-time route today, and we will tell you that before you pay rather than after.
One screen picture per incident today. The rolling replay — the minute before and the minute after — is planned and is not what you are buying now.
Today you are handed the camera name and the precise corrected time so you can pull the clip in seconds. Automatic snapshot and clip pulling from CP Plus and Hikvision recorders is planned. Recorders that block downloads will always stay on name-and-time.
Alerts and the evening summary arrive on Telegram, plus the dashboard. WhatsApp alerts are not part of this price.
Who opened the Balance Sheet or the Day Book is not tracked. What was altered, cancelled or backdated is.
We surface changes and keep the evidence. We do not correct an entry, file anything, or give you an opinion on your books.
Work areas only, never a washroom or a changing area. Cameras must be visible with a notice board, staff sign a notice that we generate for you, clips go only to you, your lawyer, your CA or the police, and an alert always says "needs checking" — never "fraud".

Including the last one, which almost nobody asks out loud — so we answer it without being asked.
Edit Log only helps on the day somebody thinks to open it, and it can be a very long way after the event. It also cannot tell you who was actually sitting at that PC — only which login was used, and in most shops that login is shared. This comes to your phone in about a minute, with the old value beside the new one, a picture of the screen, the Windows user, the PC name and the camera that was pointing at the desk. Edit Log is a record you have to go looking for. This is a message that finds you.
One altered bill. A single bill quietly moved from Rs 1,50,000 to Rs 95,000 is Rs 55,000 gone, and it pays for eleven years of this. The honest version is that most shops that buy it never catch anything dramatic — what they get is that everybody knows the books are watched, and the quiet changes stop happening. That is worth about Rs 13 a day on its own.
It watches the books, not the person — nothing tracks how long somebody was at their desk or what they typed in a chat. We generate a plain notice you display and your staff sign, saying work areas are recorded and footage may be used to look into accounting problems, and the cameras stay visible with a board. Alerts are worded "needs checking", never "fraud". Most owners tell their team on day one, and that alone is most of the value.
It is the first question we asked, because HDM has been burned by it. In August 2026 an on-save hook in another of our products re-accepted a saved bill in a paying shop's live books and Tally wrote the voucher a second time. We removed that hook the same week. This product uses the opposite shape — the copy is sent after the save, in the background, and the entry is never accepted a second time — and before it touches your books it is proven on a throwaway company by making three saves and counting the vouchers in the Day Book. If our server is down or your line drops, the bill still saves and the event waits in a queue. We would rather tell you about that failure ourselves than have you find it.
FAQ
No. It reads what was saved and sends a copy out. It never creates, alters or deletes a voucher, a ledger, a stock item or a company, and it never accepts an entry a second time. It is proven on a throwaway company, by counting vouchers after three saves, before it is loaded into your books.
Your bill saves normally — that comes first and nothing we install is allowed to get in its way. The event waits in a queue on the PC and is sent when the line comes back. Screen pictures queue the same way.
TallyPrime 7.0 or later gives you the instant, on-save alerts. On an older TallyPrime on your own PC, the watcher's periodic check catches the changes a few minutes later instead, and it also catches imports and changes made from another PC. On an older TallyPrime on a rented cloud server there is no real-time route today — we check your setup and tell you which of these you are buying before any money moves.
In private storage, reachable only through links that expire, and every single time a clip is viewed that view is logged. You choose how long evidence is kept and older evidence is deleted automatically. The details of an event always reach the server before any picture does, so deleting a picture cannot make an event disappear.
The rules we work to are simple and we hold you to them: cameras visible with a notice board, work areas only and never a washroom or changing area, camera audio off unless the notice says otherwise, no face recognition without written consent, and clips shared only with you, your lawyer, your CA or the police — never in a WhatsApp group. We generate the staff notice for you to display and have signed. A lawyer reviews that notice and our terms.
Not at this price. Alerts and the evening summary arrive on Telegram, plus the dashboard on your phone. If WhatsApp matters to you, say so — it is on the list and it will be quoted honestly rather than promised here.
One picture per incident is a very small job, and we measure it on your oldest machine during setup rather than assuming. If a PC cannot take it, we say so and that PC stays on the change check alone.
A numbered invoice with our name and address and your own business details. Rs 4,900 a year is the whole amount payable — nothing is added to it. So that you hear it from us rather than at your filing: HDM is not registered under GST, so there is no tax on our bill and no input credit on it for you to claim. If that ever changes we will tell you in writing before the first bill that carries it.
